All returns must be initiated for items that remain in their original, unused state—meaning no signs of wear, tear, or modification, and all original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact. This ensures that the item can be resold or reused without compromise to quality or hygiene. Additionally, all return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the date your order is delivered to your address, and a valid proof of purchase is mandatory. This proof can be your original order confirmation email, digital invoice, or the unique order number associated with your purchase—having this on hand ensures we can quickly verify your transaction and process your request without delays.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
Not all items are eligible for return, but we’ve made our guidelines transparent to avoid confusion. Items that are labeled as “Final Sale” on the product page or during checkout cannot be returned, as these are personalized or customized products made exclusively to your specifications. Personal care items that have been opened, used, or had their original packaging broken are also non-returnable, due to hygiene and safety regulations.
